Changing your license count, payment schedule, version or hosting counts as a new order, so the first-year reseller discount applies again. In some cases you end up paying less than you do now.
Intuit doesn’t pay resellers for changes to an existing subscription, so Keith may charge for some of them. Ask first.
Intuit’s own promotion lasts three months. Through Keith, the discount runs for twelve.

Yes. New subscribers get 30% off their first year of QuickBooks Online Simple Start, Essentials, Plus or Advanced; 40–50% off Advanced when moving from desktop; or 50% off when buying two or more subscriptions. Online Payroll and QuickBooks Time are also 30% off the first year.
When your file passes 150 MB, you need more than five desktop users (Premier) or three (Pro), you want user restrictions or US-based support, you run two or more companies, your inventory has become more complex, or your accountant or ProAdvisor recommends it.
Common causes: too little memory, less than 15% free disk space, a file past its size limit (100 MB in Pro, 150 MB in Premier), slow Wi-Fi or old Cat 5 cabling, an older computer, or an oversized .TLG file (it should be 4 KB after a backup).
